I agree that both OPL and NEO should be given a severe kicking for some of the ambiguous nature of their reports, however this is an OIL and GAS discovery that both note as being highly significant. There's no bad news here, at worst the unexpected upper gas find is a real bonus and is certain to be into production quickly. ALL GOOD NEWS HERE!!!!! IMO. DYOR
