I think the missed announcement demonstrates that the two businesses are still working quite independently of each other. Which is probably a good thing as we don't want both KKL and Isity to lose focus on their core activities. I think their synergies will come into play much further down the track - partnering up with external parties is the better approach initially IMHO. The better diversifies the opportunities.
The lack of news is something we're all very much used to however they all have a good incentive to generate income.
