It appears that the shorter's and manipulator's paymaster didn't have the budget for their creatures this Easter. I guess penalty rates are just not worth it for the scum raker's and downramper's and they are just spending these few days off basking in their own self loathing. Nice to have a small reprieve from the incessant lunacy of a few and the unabashed vindictiveness of the others.
