Well he/she/it is not perfect otherwise this forum discussing his/her/its existence and function would not exist
He is not omnipotent otherwise so many different religious fan clubs would not exist
He is not the biblical originator of the universe or earth for that matter
Monotheistic religions originated from polytheistic cultures

If God can't prevent evil he is not omnipotent.
If God can't prevent evil or accepts evil why call him God.
