Islam cannot embrace democracy because Islam embraces strict moral code, basically, the same, albeit less brutal, than the Law of Moses

whereas Christianity is essentially a doctrine of forgiveness, to facilitate the development of the individual

although many "Christians" thru out history have not understood Christianity, democracy & Christianity readily suit eachother

Christianity is essentially something spiritual or religious

Where as Islam is political
