No exuding the righteous Jews/Christians/Sabians before Muhammad time in the Qur'an and any non-believer deemed righteous enough by God, and there are two other types of Christian in the Qur'an.
However, Islam like most religions divided into sects is failing mankind for those that deviate, just as I'm sure the non-believer sects have hypocrites that secretly prayer to God when in distress for themselves or a sick friend/family member.
