Why would an Oriental be concerned with the scriptures from Abrahaimic religions?

IMO there is equal validity in all religions as religions are manifestations of a sense of the Divine

The idea of numinosity--- where one senses the presence of a greater power ----occurs in
throughout the world.

In primitive societies the individual can become the magician or witchdoctor or guide.

Telling the flock to beware of the wolf in sheep's clothing is something that no longer carries much weight in the modern world.
