Being a woman has always been an occupational hazard since the days of Eve.

In our society, it has been one upward battle. And still is. Some men still regard women as an inferior race.

In (some) Muslim societies, it is almost an automatic death sentence. At the very least, it's a lifetime prison sentence. Imprisoned under male domination - and living under the tent of male bullying and mysognism.

Because "they'll" get you one way or another.

The earth's trash - some of whom we're fighting at present in Afhganistan. Our dear old friends - the Taliban.

And where are the outcried on behalf of all these persecuted and murdered women? Don't hear too many.

As for rape - of course the woman asked for it!! And she must be eliminated.

How dare she expect basic human rights.

I hope this is not a forbidden subject on this forum. If so, it perpetuates the fact that women are regarded as an inferior - in all aspects.
