There is an element of truth in what slikk says, though I do not think his last sentence about Gays can be serious. The Western world is far more tolerant of Gays than Islamic society.
I think Islam is a greater threat to Western democratic values than communism ever was and looking back at the western reaction to the spread of communism last century provides an idea of what is coming to contain Islam.
