Hi as I understand it the Saudies are a race committed to protecting the public . They may hang some who commit various offences and I am told that thieves can get their hand chopped of for stealing . I am also told that you do not have to take your keys out of the car . In our country we have to make sure that our house or factories are safe in case if a thief breaks in or when trying to break in injures themselves . They then have the right to sue you .
