when the muslim population is small, they play by the rules..as population grows..or rather boom, (most likely the number of children are greater than local's) they will demand for more rights such as setting up Sharia laws or building mosques in every street...eventually you will see the response or behaviour of mufti changes as they have the voting rights. It may happen in the next generation...obviously this is happening in european countries.
