I'm sure IS do want to make a dirty bomb, I'm sure if they could detonate it in Australia they might try. There's absolutely nothing to debate there.

But with that said, I'll just leave it at that. You can discuss whatever you wish, but I will not follow the fence of the strange authoritarian terms you wish to frame the discussion in.
