Actually that article was slated to come out a week after the COA.. so where it says last tuesday it means 2016... annd they have indicated san jorge where they actually mean south san jorge.. this is 12 months old so not sure why it came out today.

Re fees - AVQ were to pay the landowners fees... not SMMs .. all other fees were to be borne by the party incurring them.

Looks like they have only just officially signed the COA findings or something.? I guess thats why the article.?
