I agree chi hawk, but one thing worries me: the AELB reported press statement yesterday, especially:
"Along with the TOL, they have also applied for an import licence. It is not a blank cheque to import lanthanide concentrate. For each consignment they will have to go through a system of an import permit which we will issue from time to time."
Another ##**y indication of bureaucratic delaying intransigence - or political maneuvering at our expense?
