What would you like us to do about a German company? I drive past their headquarters at Chullora every day, would you like me to drop them a note on your behalf?

We have a body (EPA I think) who will gather the evidence and fine them appropriately for breaches of Australian law. I think VW will need more than the $10billion they put aside worldwide, to see this out. People involved with this will be charged and prosecuted I believe, the company will pay out billions and irreparable brand damage has been done. This is a real punishment.

What a German company and not so clever software developers have to do with the dole or single mothers is beyond me. Were single mothers on the dole buying golfs to save the environment and now feel cheated?
