what mistakes have they made? markets go down as interest rates increase. SP reflects this additional risk
US interest rate is nearing its end , Some more in Europe & Australia.
the MBL business model is evolving, more unlisted funds. But it has been active lately in finding new markets - set up new joint venture with a japanese institution to purchase infrastructure assets in Japan. This has not been reported here as no deal has yet eventuated.
why would you sell mbl cheaply at $61.50? if you are a long term holder ,i.e more than 5 yrs, there is no need to panic.
