merger.... you're still not getting that this is a takeover are you?
SLR offered the rate/ratio which they put to the RED Board who accepted. SLR simply can't go back to RED and say they want to REDUCE the offer price by changing the rate/ratio.
You don't enhance your prospects in a takoever by REVISING DOWN your initial offer!!!!
