Continued demand at 0.006 is irrelevant to 'dumping'. Dumping is when large amounts of stock is sold on the market at once. 56.45 mil has gone through at 0.006 already today and that is dumping. The continued demand though is a great sign for ISN, with new orders coming in as I type, whether it be an existing holder or possibly a new party.
