    Reading through the new proposal further, IBA are relying on the CSC consent that was previously given. That consent was given "conditional only upon IBA providing a
    parent company guarantee in the form of the existing guarantee from iSOFT, which IBA agreed to
    provide."

    I hope their legal advice is right that this still stands!
