SITM hit the nail on the Head
when he said the debt is the issue
A nail which has been hit many times already,
Normally nails hold things together
This Nail however has torn ISF apart
The question is, is there any way ISF can get funding to survive when debt is so many multiples larger than its worth i.e Market Cap.
Take over now is also unlikely?
If ISF cant get some funding some how, potential purchasers would rather wait and pick over the carcass if ISOFTs debt crushes it.
It would be Sad to see a company in this huge future growth sector come to a end.
