seems like ocp only has 2 investments atm, so i would expect they are in close discussion with ISF mgt team.
might be a reasonable assumption that just before a turn around they would pounce and make an offer for the whole of isf.
at these prices if they offered 10 cents i would be surprised of there was too much resistance. That would cost them 60 odd mill.....mmm now i think about it i doubt that is an option
