    Thanks for the posting... watching Geelong with great interest!

    I fear there is some big bloodshed to be had in Geelong.

    Factors.
    1. Had massive growth from priced out Melbourne folk.
    2. Mainly SME business. Builders...cafe owners...Retail...
    3. Woeful transportation into Melbourne.
