I have worked on a few of the mine sites up north and can tell you that for a person with a young family it can be living hell.
Why do you think that there are all these suicides in FIFO workers. It can be a depressing and lonely way of life.
I only was on sites for duration of the projects I was involved in the longest been 16 days. I really don't know how these people do 4 weeks
