Kozzie, fully agree, we are now in year 2015, the days of placing canaries into coal mines to determine the heath of the atmosphere prior to placing persons down a mine shaft are well behind us. Unions need to reinvent themselves to provide the necessary worker / employer representation in a different manner. Holding the country to economic hijacking type of situation is doing the worker, the employer and the country harm.
