"If they were in discussions with other Fortune 500 companies then not only would they have said so but i highly doubt Qualcomm would have let them if they have already done a deal with them!"

Also MT is on the record as saying the deal with F500 company was not in our best interest and not on our terms. Now the deal has been finalised with Qualcomm and details are sparse as to what it means to ISN in commercial terms. But we can only take MT word that it wasn't a great deal, hence the lack of market reaction.

We will definately get a product out of the collaboration. That's the most important thing. Regarding our financial obligations and what Qualcomm contribute, nobody knows. Are they contributing technology and expertise in exchange for 50% of the App? Or are we paying them for their work? Are they paying us?

Deal, partnership, collaboration. Alot of ambiguity imo. F500 company or subsiduary of?

Funding from Qualcomm Venture Capital or fully funded for next 3 quarters?

    Omron kicking goals?

    US listing?

The potential is there. Things need to start aligning. Very loose share register. Need a major deal to create volume. Let people exit and start a run then consolidate higher.

Right now just treading water. Nowhere to go. Some milestones completed as per newsletter but no sp movement. Few more milestones to go, but will they result in higher sp?

The sooner Qualcomm provide the finance the better imo. Right now it's a monkey on our back. It's been announced to market and big investors will wait to see the terms before getting diluted. Once it's out there you need to move fast.

When it takes too long, the sp always drifts lower. Then the placement becomes harder to sell and the terms get worse by the week.

If Qualcomm want in, then finalise it asap. If they aren't keen or want to wait, then go on the record and scrap the idea.
