I was at that meeting as well & I remember their comments about having no knowledge of the UCG industry. I wondered at the time why they had been selected to be on the "expert" panel. If you want an expert panel you pick people with the knowledge of the industry. If you want to have a tooth taken out you are not going to visit an optometrist are you?

It all makes sense now though, as one does not have to a member of the FBI to see the cards were stacked well & truly against Cougar getting a fair & just review imo.
