    IMHO the time is approaching, that ISP's will become popular with stock holders,not because the NBN is such a great idea, but because it will put ISP's firmly back in the spotlight.
    I have now just bought into the top three ,TLS,SGT and IIN,not expecting anything overnight ,but in the next few years, in the meantime i will enjoy the dividends.
