While I think This thread is just another pen ramp I believe you are begging the question. It is not good enough to say "" everybody knows that" When everybody dosn't know that. If you want to continue your assertions about capex and opex, come back with some solid evidence, not continuing assertions that have no basis. A start with a statement of your obvious qualifications in the area or a source that can be checked would be ideal.
