It is a pattern repeated across the world PM.
Israel is similar to Australia, in that there is a body of people
qualified to perform tests.
Victoria is hovvering around 50,000 cases a day, NSW $40,000.
Europe and Britain figures are soaring too.
One logical possibility is that the testing in south Asia is sub-optimal.
