Lebanon is a puppet state of Syria and if the "gorrilas" didn't use civilians as a shield, they would have nothing to worry about.
That is also against the Codes of Conduct under the Geneva Convention and as such civilian deaths are the fault of the Lebanese who wont cotrol theor borders.
By the way, Lebanon never had problems with Israel until Arafat moved into town.
Oh, and how many civilians were killed during their own civil war?
Only abour 50 times as many as killed by Israeli action, but we wont post about that, will we?
