thank you miles - cat got ya tongue? Sooker

Thanks for stating why the location of the fence is in dispute and therefore needs to be decided, which is what the court is doing.

AS YOU HAVE STATED THE FENCE IS BEING BUILT ON DISPUTED LAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been consistant and have always said it's disputed land.

It does not mean that I give any weight to the Palestinian disputants........

It just means that the land is disputed, which it is.

China can come in there tomorrow and claim that Jerusalem really belongs to her.....That would make China a party to disputed land....Would China have any weight as to the authenticity of it's claim?

About as much as the Arab Palestinians! Sweet F.A.

I mean squatters could come and nestle in on your property......(I take that back....you most probably are a squatter.......)...and one has to go to court at times to get them out...Squatters have been known in the past to dispute the rightful owners claim....in court...thereby rendering the property............. in dispute.....even though their case is full of sh!t.

You get my drift or am I talking to a brick wall?
