It means Pine Gap in Northern Territory as a prime US military base will get attacked & taken out with it likely our telecommunications etc. so that Australia doesn't have the means to provide intelligence data to the US.
Also, any US Navy ships in our ports becomes a prime target to be attacked all because Australia chooses not to be neutral & so at much higher risk from such attacked due to our close ties & association with the US
