in Geopolitics it really doesn't matter who starts the war; its all about who finishes it and/or how its finished.
The "who started it " reminds me of the schoolyard biff argument and my teacher at the time punished both equally because he did not believe in physical violence whatever the motive.
IMO when this war and the Ukraine war has run their respective courses there will have to be a negotiated settlement ; otherwise there will be no end to either wars because they involve neighbours
And unlike domestic neighbours, neighbouring countries can't up and sell and move elsewhere .
PS: IMO Israel does not want to agree to The Oslo 2 State Solution because it has not cribbed enough territory from the Palestinians yet
