US used their big proxy of Nazis in Ukr to poke Russia. Iran use their smaller proxy Hezbollah to poke Israel. Russia will not sit by and let their friend Iran get smashed.
Go back to Gen Wesley interview post 911, what you are seeing is the last remaining US puzzle for the Arab region, take out Iran. Now it's over 2 proverbial dead bodies, Russia & China. Perhaps Carter can find them boys that planned the hostage rescue for tips in Gaza?
