His employer Rugby Australia told him not to post bigoted material online and put this in his contract. He signed the contract and took the money. He then went ahead and posted bigoted material (on his Rugby Union Australia VERIFIED instagram account..not his own private page). They warned him..he did it again. So they sacked him for breaching the Rugby code of contract.
Rugby Australia can prove that they let him express his freedom of religion because he has posted 52 times on Instagram and 43 times were religious posts.
