What about the rights and free speech for the anti-religious? Anti-religious freedom? Surely if a "religious person" gets "religious freedom" simply because they use Faith as a mode of interacting with the world and others, then that freedom should apply to those with a Faith of anti-religion. A company or person should have anti-religious freedom to not employ religious people.
