Well just have religion fluidity like lbgtq or what ever where they dont reconcile gender as your defense perhaps ?

Ie you can turn into a nun thats neither black white or brindle but you give up your sex life for it also .
Im backing you as you can see just nail the big four discrimination's as their is no opportunity for you be a priest your being held back because of your sex what ever that is you choose ?
