That is such a stupid argument. There was a massive immigration to Palestine in the 100 years leading up to 1948, and the Palestinians vastly outnumbered the Jews that lived there. The Romans did manage to kick most of the Jews out of Palestina, and this was centuries before Islam existed. I'm sure some of the Palestinians ancestors would have been Jewish, does that mean they are allowed to live in Israel? It's just a ridiculous argument, the fact is Palestinian families were living in what is now Israel before 1948 and a lot of them were kicked out of their homes.
