I've heard of the Taliban, Alqaeda did something along this line. But Iran? I can't recall reading or hearing news about this. Be careful, I am not suggesting they didn't. It is just, I am not aware.
In any case, we know, who ever does something like that, is wrong.
But about "Israel No shame" I provided in the past, soldiers arresting young children under 10, for throwing stones, and provided links for that, while their parents screaming and the children scared to death.
