I wouldn't post on here, If I didn't think I can get some enlightenment from this thread, or perhaps spread some information, however wrong it may be, (according you both of you). One of you has said 'Zip' on the issues under discussion, the other regurgitates Israeli propaganda.
Everyone can be wrong - I simply have gotten heartily sick of hearing the endless lamentations coming from Israel, its support by the Americans, - which must have cost the Americans millions, (but I didn't have to pay for it) - and the constant, what seems to be like attention-seeking status of the victims of the Holocaust - no-one dares to comment on, let alone critique. They are like that woman in the Chinese story, whose child was eaten by a tiger and the mother stood by - then ran into the village and told all the villagers - she lamented in the village all her life - until everyone got heartily sick of her - and the story ends with 'everyone closed their hearts, which became like stones to her sorrow' -
But she was stuck, her life was stuck - Israelis are stuck with the Holocaust story and are condemned to repeat it by their own intransigency. Mister Freud, where are you when you are needed - maybe for my friend Parsifal as well, who cannot but help spend all Sunday on HC and she is always right, no matter what the bodies on the ground say in silent reproach.
