@Sweetsound I have tried to read the lot, impossible - there is so much info, too much for my little brain. So I kept it handy, eventually it worked as a door stop to my office - (it's a clean house) . . . it's quite big - I think it costs around $80 - when I look at my bookshelves I shudder to think how much money I spent on those books - have recently just tossed 2 dozen or so - which I will never re-read. Most others I want to read again.
