Anything from that Indian site can't be relied upon, especially given their source is the Iranians.

Unsurprisingly that facility was targeted, however BBC Verify could only establish that videos were showing fires burning in a residential area of Haifa, not the refinery itself...thus far.
It indicates that Iranian targeting is a hit and miss affair, reflected by the indiscriminate damage to Israeli residential areas.
Otherwise there is no strategic military advantage to destroying a residential building when residents are safely in shelters. It's a waste of missile stocks.
