The broader US foreign policy hasn't changed. It's been the same for decades.
The war in Ukraine continues. All that needs to happen for the war to stop is for USA to cut it's funding and support completely and pressure Europe into cutting it's support for Ukraine as well. What's happening in reality is that Europeans are planning to spend more on Ukraine, not less. So while USA appears to be distancing themselves from the Ukrainian conflict, in fact they are simply shifting the costs of that war onto Europeans.
The war in the Middle East continues. Palestinians are still being killed. All it would take for USA to stop that war is to tell Israel to stand down and withdraw their troops.
The conflict with Iran has been temporarily put on pause. But it is highly likely that it will continue. USA will continue pressuring Iran, trying to prevent the expansion of Iran's influence in the region.
USA isn't going to give up it's hegemony and dominance voluntarily. So the wars will continue.
