Yes, just as there's the chance the "least worse" outcome is possibly due to Trump's decision making. I understand you hate all things Trump, but it does appear he's trying to provide space for a diplomatic solution.
Do you agree with space being provided for a diplomatic solution, or would you prefer the US strike now? I have no doubt there's some in Trump's ear pressuring for strikes now, but he's held off for the moment.
