I think you’ve got confused between the areas governed by Hamas in Gaza and the PA in the West Bank They are not Israeli citizens and therefore don’t have any rights as an Israeli and rightly so
any Israeli citizen has the same rights and in fact minority groups get additional support in an effort to support them. There are differences in educational attainment and some towns have fewer amenities. However the Israeli government has affirmative action initiatives and some of these differences reflect community characteristics rather than discrimination. I think you’d hear most Arabs and Druze tell you they’d rather live in Israel than under the alternatives in the Middle East
Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East but maybe you prefer other forms of government or you are simply hopelessly ill informed
