I know the New York Times reported the imperilled existence of 6 million Jews from 1900 to 1920 but i still think we are discussing a time some 20 years before the 6 million you are referring to. I'm not allowing your terrible understanding of chronological order to dominate the discussion again.
That said, if the NYT is to be believed that would make 18 million Jews threatened across 45 years in even batches of 3×6 million. Remarkable. All these nations who went from normal behaviour to murderous Jewish genocide before returning quietly to normal behaviour again; all for no reason at all.
