    not so sure. The Israelis were hoping to maintain peaceful relations with the Azerbajahnis, just as much as they had with the Turks....they did sell the Azerbajahnis weapons...but in the end, it wasnt the Israelis that told the Azerbajahnis to attack the Armenians; furthermore, the Turks have been aiding and abetting the Azerbajahnis, sent troops as well...As far as ISIS was/is concerned, it appears that the Turks were helping them, as well....The reality is that the Uighers have to play second fiddle, as China is needed to face off with the U.S.....so, not so steretypical to say that they tend to work together, but little can be done about the Uighers now... Eventually, if the U.S. and China knock each other out, then there will be consolidation....but you never know...ie. the Alevi and Kurds are still wanting independence from the Turks, although they helped the Turks with the Armenian genocide....so, who knows...
