Nobody attacked Jordan.

And nobody drove the Arabs out of Israel unless they were fighting on the side of the surrounding Arab nations that attacked the new Jewish nation the day after it was formed. The majority of the Arab inhabitants left in 1948 because they were warned to do so by the surrounding Arab leaders prior to their invasion and attack on Israel in 1948.

The fences are only there because of the endless raids and violence perpetrated on the Israeli population by the Arabs.

The descendants of those who chose not to leave and who chose not to attack the Jews still live in Israel today.

And as an aside an Arab only needed to have lived in Palestine for the two years June 1946 to June 1948 lost home and means of income for them and their descendants to be considered refugees.

A similar number of Jews lost homes, incomes in surrounding Arab lands at the same time and were given nothing expect a safe haven in Israel!
