Netanyahu is indeed not the entirety of the Israeli government, but he is the democratically elected Prime Minister, and thus a representative of the policies enacted during his tenure - that are discussed in cabinet meetings and agreed upon. You can't detach his actions from the state while simultaneously holding Israel accountable for decisions you disagree with under his leadership.
As for your excuse to avoid answering a simple question - one I’ve repeatedly clarified - you seem more interested in evasive snark than meaningful engagement. If your argument had substance, you'd be able to support it without deflection or shifting the goalposts and being so dramatic.
