@Li789; Hamas is a declared terrorist organisation and it would come as no surprise to me if that report is accurate.
As to the legitimacy of that US-backed organisation which is reported to have been targeted by Hamas, no less than Amnesty International has declared it to be 'illegitimate and inhumane':
